This year, we are adding a new summer fundraiser event at The Bluemont Sanctuary. This event if for kids between the ages of 8-12. Weekly registration - We will close weekly enrollment when we reach the maximum capacity of 10 children week. The group will be divided by age groups. Group A - ages 8-10 Group B ages 11-12. You can book 1 or more days or an entire week. Childten will be taught to use their camera. All photography and camera terms will be explained and how they work on their specific camera. They will learn how to photograph ponies, horses, goats, dogs, cats and chickens. Once back home they will be able to photograph their pets. They receive bonus if they shoot photos of their pets. My goal is to make the photography portion of the camp day a learning fun experience. I hope to inspre the children to develop a passion for photography. I personally can not remember when I developed my passion but I do know I was very young and that it has brought joy to me my entire life!
